Early Smiles Plan

$24/mo or $249/yr

• 2 routine exams
• 2 age-appropriate cleanings
• 2 fluoride treatments
• Necessary diagnostic x-rays
• 1 emergency exam (x-ray included)
• 15% off any additional treatment

Perfect for toddlers and preschoolers building healthy habits from the very first tooth.

Ages 6+

Big Smiles Plan

$29/mo or $319/yr

• 2 routine exams
• 2 age-appropriate cleanings
• 2 fluoride treatments
• Bitewings as needed
• Panoramic x-ray included when appropriate
• 1 emergency exam (x-ray included)
• 15% off any additional treatment
